Terms of use.

Onion Man, its characters, storylines, and artwork are my original work. All rights reserved. Owning a token does not transfer copyright or grant commercial rights. Here's what that means in practice.

Fan art is welcome.

I love fan art. If you want to draw Onion Man, the carrot ninjas, or anything else from this universe, please do. Share it wherever you want. Tag me. I want to see it.

The one rule: fan art must be purely non-commercial. That means no selling it, no using it to promote a product or service, no printing it on merchandise, no monetizing it in any way. If you're making it because you think it's fun and sharing it because you want to, that's exactly what I want. If there's money involved, it's not fan art anymore.

What's allowed.

Original fan art and appreciation art shared freely in non-monetized channels. Social media posts, personal blogs, sketchbooks, gifts to friends. The spirit of the thing is what matters: if you're doing it out of genuine appreciation, you're good.

What's not allowed.

Any commercial, promotional, or for-profit use of Onion Man, its characters, its storylines, or its artwork without a license. This includes but isn't limited to merchandise, advertisements, sponsored content, paid media, derivative products, and AI training datasets.

Licensing.

If you want to use Onion Man for anything commercial or promotional, reach out. I'm open to conversations about licensing. You can find my contact details at kristiandroste.com.

Token ownership.

Owning an Onion Man token grants you ownership of that specific digital collectible, access to the premium reading experience on this site, the right to display it for personal non-commercial use, and the right to resell the token itself. It does not grant copyright, reproduction rights, adaptation rights, or commercial exploitation rights of any kind.
